The Next Generation in Waste Water Treatment Technology THE ONLY RELIABLE CLOSED LOOP RECYCLE SYSTEM DESIGNED FOR MARINAS, STACK STORAGE, AND BOAT YARDS THAT USES NATURAL AIR TO CONTROL BAD ODOR, DEGRADE HYDROCARBONS AND REDUCE ORGANIC MATERIAL WITHOUT USING CHEMICALS, O-ZONE OR ACTIVATED CARBON
|
RELIABILITY AND EASE OF
OPERATION,
Operating a wash water
recycle system can be
expensive, labor intensive
and a frustrating
experience if all you have
been exposed to are
conventional systems
using o-zone, chlorine,
hydrogen peroxide,
centrifuge, enzymes,
flocculation, active carbon
and the kitchen sink of
antiquated SINGLE PASS
technologies.
THE NEXT GENERATION
IN WASTE WATER
TREATMENT
TECHNOLOGY TOTALLY
CLOSED LOOP RECYCLE
SYSTEM is the easiest
and most reliable system
to operate and maintain.
One of the main
advantages is aeration its
relative ease of operation.
Once the system is in
place and operating, the
unit is practically
self-operating, with the
combined control of odor
and air stripping in one
tank the efficiency of this
process is fixed by design
and will not change over
the life of the unit. The
primary media filter
incorporates a propriety
media that is permanent
and never needs
changing. It has the lowest
operating cost of any
recycle system.
The Next Generation in Waste Water Treatment Technology is always looking for the very best treatment
technology. We have now redesigned our system using the same proven technology with the added features of a
plastic mounting platform, and the addition of UV technology developed with the help of Radiant UV Industrial.
This UV system uses Ultraviolet Sterilization to kill algae and Pathogens in the recycled water. The addition of
this technology is incorporated into the recycle line from the media filter to the recycle storage and treatment tank
and is controlled by the recycle systems electrical system it will be on anytime the recycle system is in operation.
Because the water is continuously recycled through the UV system the water is continuously exposed to the UV
lamp.
The UV light can be seen through the clear plastic
tubing .
Components of this UV system are Quartz glass tube,
low pressure UV lamp, and ballast transformer. The
selection of these components are selected using lamp
length, physical design, condition of the water, water
flow rate and lamp positioning inside the UV body.
