THE ONLY CLOSED LOOP PRESSURE WASH WATER RECYCLE SYSTEM DESIGNED
FOR MARINAS AND BOAT YARDS USING NATURAL AIR AND DESIGNED FOR OUTSIDE INSTALLATION
The only reliable recycle system that uses
NATURAL AIR to control BAD ODORS,
DEGRADE HYDROCARBONS, REDUCE
ORGANIC MATERIAL without using
chemicals, O-Zone or Activated Carbon.

The primary media filter incorporates a
PROPRIETARY MEDIA that is permanent
and never needs changing. This media is
not effected by oil, grease or other
organic material. Light hydrocarbons such
as Gasoline, Diesel and light oil are
passed through the media into the
treatment / storage tank where they are
STRIPPED from the water by AIR
STRIPPING. Heavy material are captured
on the media and backwashed to the
wash pad. Small particals to 5 microns are
removed from recycle water as the water
is used by the pressure washer reducing
the need for filter cleaning.
Marinas and Boatyard that have installed this
recycle system praise its simple operation,
compact size, and its ability to provide
quality wash water without added labor or
operating expenses
It is important to realize that the
efficiency of DAF and air stripping
is fixed by design and will not
change over the life of the
equipment requiring no maintains.
AIR STRIPPING REMOVES HYDROCARBONS DISSOLVED IN WATER

The phenomenon of air stripping can best be discribed as "controlled disequilibrium". Air
stripping is a proven, effective means to remove Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) from
water. It works by providing contact between air and water to allow the volatile substances
such as Gasoline and other hydrocarbons to diffuse from water to gaseous phase.
Introducing fresh, contaminant-free air into the water results in a mass transfer from the
liquid phase to the gaseous phase. By continually replenishing the air with contaminant-free
air, the contaminants are reduced to very low levels. In every case it is the most
cost-effective method over activated carbon approved by the EPA.
DIFFUSED AERATION TO CONTROL ODOR

All living organisms are dependent upon Oxygen
in one form or another to maintain the metabolic
processes that produce energy for growth and
reproduction. All the gases of the atmosphere are
soluble in water to sum degree. Both Nitrogen an
Oxygen are classed as poorly soluble, and since
they do not react with water chemically, their
solubility is directly proportional to their partial
pressures. Only with the addition of vast amounts
of air injected into the water to supply oxygen will
organic compounds be oxidized and produce
innocuous end products and no odor.
